I am a nurse practitioner who specializes in the treatment of adult psychiatric/mental health disorders. I completed my Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Minnesota. I was awarded my DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice) degree from Grand Canyon University last year. With over a decade of inpatient and outpatient experience, I am able to provide diagnoses and medication management for a wide range of mental health symptoms. With a caring and holistic approach, I strive to help adults of all ages work toward achieving better mental health.

Rachel has been working with Leslie since March of 2020, but recently has taken on a new role. She will be the one you speak with to make or reschedule appointments, request prescription refills, or to leave a message for Leslie. She also handles all insurance claims, office administration, and billing.
